1. Only returns of new and unused products, in the original packaging, are accepted within 14 days.
2. Used items cannot be returned!
The returned product must be in perfect condition, like a new product: unused, unworn and without signs of wear, in the original packaging and accompanied by the warranty card. The product packaging must be properly sealed. Otherwise, the return will be refused. Scratched, damaged, missing labels or incomplete accessories will not be accepted. Similarly, used or worn products will not be accepted. Please use the return label provided by the online store. The email must include the following information: buyer's name, order number and products to be returned. The seller is not responsible for lost or delayed returns due to carrier errors.
Note: Additional delivery fees may apply to remote areas. These additional fees are non-refundable.
Please note: No refunds will be given for returned products that have been used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs from the online store to their address.
