1. Returns are only accepted for new and unused products, in their original packaging, within 14 days.
2. Used items cannot be returned!
The returned product must be in perfect condition, like a new product: unused, unworn and without signs of wear, in its original packaging and accompanied by the warranty card. The product packaging must be properly sealed. Otherwise, the return will be refused. Products with scratches, damage, missing labels or incomplete accessories will not be accepted. Similarly, used or worn products will not be accepted. Please use the return label provided by the online store. The email must contain the following information: buyer's name, order number and products to be returned. Seller is not responsible for lost or delayed returns due to carrier errors.
Notes: Additional shipping costs may apply to remote locations. These additional costs are non-refundable.
Note: No refunds will be given for returned products that have been used. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return from the online store to their address.
